Meet Stacy:

 I was introduced to Pilates in the early 2000’s when a bulging disc in my back lead me to look for new methods of relief. What I found was not only a way to relieve pain but an in-depth knowledge about the body, a deep appreciation for mindfulness, and an all-encompassing approach to exercise and wellness. 

I’ve often been told that no one teaches Pilates like I do. I’ve studied under some of Pilates’ leading figures and my goal is to pass on some of that wisdom while helping my clients find relief, awareness, and strength.
